We manufacture hot-die forged parts, starting from drawings or samples, with internal process control and the capacity to ensure repeatability and stability in production within our production range.
We design and manufacture forging dies and the tooling necessary for production internally, ensuring the correct industrialization of the part and process control from the first samples to series production.
We provide technical support in project definition and during manufacturing, using simulation to define the forging process, geometries, material, and blow sequence, and prototyping to have a physical reference part before production begins. Based on this definition, we develop the design of the dies and tooling necessary for manufacturing.
We have a metrology laboratory, with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), to verify critical dimensions and geometries, ensuring part conformity and production process control from the earliest manufacturing stages.
We have our own consolidated machining capacity, which allows us to complete the manufacturing process internally when the part requires it, ensuring dimensional control, consistency with the forging, and greater production autonomy.
